Request Academy Transcript
For those who have attended The Academy’s Full-Time Conservatory Program and wish to receive an official academic transcript, you can complete this process online by first creating an alumni account. If you prefer to submit your request by mail, you can download the transcript request form below for the campus you attended. The form contains further directions how to send and receive your official copies.
Please note that processing of alumni requests including academic transcripts may be delayed while The Academy continues remote operations in response to the current health concerns.
